›Research notes
Correction to first pass: the sources describe mutual agreements (training, expertise, information exchange), not a unilateral Libyan offer of 'logistical and mechanical support'. NOT FOUND: any weapons transfer, Turkish-linked flight from western Libya to Port Sudan, or GNU materiel for the SAF. The UN FFM (para 113, 129-130) names Libya as a transit territory for RSF support and lists it as non-responsive; that concerns eastern/southern Libya, not the GNU.
