Grade B: Corroborated

Emiral Resources Ltd / Kush for Exploration and Production Co. Ltd / Alliance for Mining Co. Ltd

Chatham House (first pass): Alliance became one of the leading companies selling gold to the Port Sudan authorities. New in this pass: the 25% state share in Alliance is held by Sudamin, which the UK sanctioned on 16 July 2026. That makes Emiral/Kush a JV partner of a sanctioned SAF-side state company; it is not evidence that Emiral supports the military.

Why this grade

Response
Emiral told Chatham House it has no connection to Sudan's conflict; told Ayin it denies smuggling and exclusive Russian access (first pass). The UAE government rejected 'any baseless and unfounded allegation regarding the smuggling or profiting of gold' (AFP).
