The only Sudan link is one flight-tracker report of an Il-76MD (EW-356TH) on the Port Sudan route; the post itself was not located by this thread.
OFAC designated JSC Transaviaexport Airlines (now OAO TAE Avia; Belarus registration number 100027245; established 28 December 1992; Minsk) on 2 December 2021 under E.O. 14038, calling it 'a GoB-controlled cargo carrier in Belarus that has shipped thousands of tons of ammunition and weapons to foreign conflict zones, such as in Libya', and identified two Il-76TDs (EW-78843, EW-78779) as its property. The UK listed it on 24 March 2022 (BEL0123) as a 'Government of Belarus-affiliated entity'. OpenSanctions also shows it on EU, Swiss and Japanese lists. In August 2024 Treasury said a private Belarusian carrier, Belkanto, 'took ownership of one of Transaviaexport's planes and began leasing other aircraft from the company' after the designation. EW-356TH, the aircraft named by the tracker, is not listed under the SDN entry; Flightradar24 attributes it to TAE Avia.

OFAC SDN since 2 Dec 2021 (BELARUS-EO14038); UK asset freeze since 24 Mar 2022 (BEL0123); EU, Switzerland, Japan per OpenSanctions (not found under these spellings in the EU file checked).
BIRN/OCCRP (2016): TransAVIAexport 'has a long history of transporting weapons'; 'In 2014, the airlines was hired by Serbian arms dealer Slobodan Tesic to transport Serbian and Belarussian weapons and ammunition to air bases in Libya controlled by various militant groups.' Treasury's 2021 wording (above) is consistent. Neither concerns Sudan.
Il-76MD EW-356TH reported on the Port Sudan route, 2026 (single tracker; post not located)
2026
The coordinator's brief records that @AfriMEOSINT reported TAE Avia Il-76MD EW-356TH among cargo aircraft flying into Port Sudan in June-October 2026. This thread could not locate the post (two searches) and found no other source. Flightradar24's public page attributes EW-356TH to TAE Avia and showed a flight from Minsk on 1 Oct 2026 (TXC2311) with destination 'not available'. A hobbyist aircraft database tags the airframe's operator as 'United Nations', which may reflect past UN charter work. Nothing found says where the aircraft landed or what it carried.
